The scandal between Mel Gibson and her previous girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva had created a tremendous noise in the entire show business industry. Just recently, Mel Gibson's voice was heard from an audio recording sounding like a psychotic killer while threatening Oksana's life. Gibson admits that he beats Oksana and he warned to kill her more than once.
It is said by the sources that Mel Gibson has already received a petition filed by Oksana because of his violent attitude towards her. Oksana and her family appeared in the court on last Monday for a trail and both the parties have equally claimed about the violent nature of Mel Gibson.
There are other sides to the story stating that Oksana is not totally innocent. Some sources say that this story is old news and that Oksana still was in Mel's company after the incident occuried. It could be possible that she is just using this for publicity, but then again, who knows?
